Contact Us

I will give you the same information as I do on World of Legon:

This is the contact page. You can contact us at Serenity Story. We have removed the contact forms, there really was no need for them.

More info gets you better answers and responses. If you send us a sentence of undecipherable nonsense, you will not be getting a response. If you are clear and precises I will try my damnest to get back to you within 48 hours.

We do not share anything with anyone, and honestly would have no reason too. Just don’t send us passwords and logins or credit card info and we will be all set. Thanks!

Officially, any graphic, art or photo I use is not used in a malicious way, to acquire monetary gains or to offend anyone. I am using them to create an atmosphere for my story and nothing more. I do not make a cent off this site. I put in hours upon hours a week, creating campaigns, adventures, NPC’s and the like and sometimes I use outside sources for my imagery. If you wanted to put it in perspective, the amount of time X my hourly wages + server cost, last year alone I would “lost” or spent around 15,000.

Most female portraits are from sites like MET or W4B or Babes or… you get the idea. I use their promotional imagery that you can find for free anywhere. They are high resolution, well shot and usually fit the bill perfectly for the NPC I am creating. Yeah, I know. I wish I was talented enough to create characters on a whim, but I am not so I make due with what I have.

Most male portraits are screen captures from TV shows, movies and “male models.” These are images I have found on Google or elsewhere and I used. You can probably see the big difference between the male and female portraits. One of my colleagues at work told me that the site has twice as many female characters as male ones. She was right, because it is much easier to find good image of females, than it is males. I have definitely swung that around now, and its much closer to 50/50.

Now I edit them pretty heavily and add distress to them. Why? It is to separate the actual image to the simple portrait of the character. It is a fraction of the image and even though they are “free” I do not want to detour anyone who is actually looking for those original, or full scale images.

With particular art being used, I also change it, again to make sure I am not going to have people come to this site, rather than the one they should. I do not want to take away anything from the original artist.

Lastly, I have begun to purge the site of using particular art / graphics. Again, I understand people work hard and their individual talent should be protected. In good faith I am now either removing it, or I am going to replace it with free or original content. This will take some time.

Again, if there is an image or images you do not want on the site, than please email me. I will remove the image(s) in questions as soon as I get the request, no questions asked. Email here Image Removal Request – with as much detail as possible (image URL, page URL, title of page, name of image, etc).

Thank you for understanding.
